If the goods have been damaged in transit they should NOT be accepted. KAPACOcan not accept blame for third party damage (KAPACO will exchange goods and claim from the carrier for damage) Return postage will be met by the customer if goods are accepted in a damaged condition from the Carrier.<\/p>\n<p>Return postage should be paid by CustomerIf in any case the mistake is not due to &#8216;The KAPACO Company&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;block-border&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Refunds WILL NOT be given if product is altered, used in any way If the goods have been changed in any way by you the customer refunds will not be given.<\/p>\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.<\/p>\n<p>If you are shipping an item high, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If 7 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
